There is no doubt that communication plays a vital role in human life. It not only helps to facilitate the process of sharing information and knowledge, but also develops their cognitive skills. Effective communication can help to foster a good team work within the volunteer groups. So, VBD Chittagong District decided to organize a workshop on that and the workshop was facilitated by Sourav Saha, Communication Coordinator, Volunteer for Bangladesh, JAAGO Foundation at Speakers Council, Chittagong. He gave a presentation on Netiquette, Email writing, CV and Resume writing method etc which will be helpful for their future career. Volunteers also got the knowledge on how to improve interpersonal communication or about thinking before responding.
