Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD) is the youth wing of JAAGO Foundation. It is an organization dedicated to empowering young people and promoting volunteerism across Bangladesh. VBD provides a platform for youth to engage in social causes, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the nation’s development. Since May 2, 2011, JAAGO Foundation has been empowering the youth of Bangladesh by establishing Volunteer for Bangladesh, starting with 40 passionate volunteers in Dhaka district, and pioneering a platform for young people to contribute to national development.
JAAGO Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms’ under the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The registration number is S -8027(48)/08. Volunteer for Bangladesh is the youth program of JAAGO Foundation.
