Effective learning occurs when the sense are stimulated. By stimulating the sense, especially the visual, learning can be enhanced.
Recently VBD Comilla District has completed a project named “Use wisely, stay safe” at Comilla Yusuf High School in association with District Education Office, Comilla. Through slides and video presentations, our volunteers showed students how to use the internet wisely in education sector. District Education official also appreciated the initiative of VBD Comilla District. In his speech he said that “In this era, students have easy internet access. This presentation has shown students how to use internet in education, even when they are using Facebook and youtube. This kind of initiative should run among other schools also to teach students how they use internet for educational purposes.” Our volunteers also gave an instruction of using the educational websites to learn different topics of their relevant subject.
Overall, the event was mostly interactive as the participants were keen to know the new world of digital education system.
