Volunteer for Bangladesh – Bandarban District successfully implemented the Winter Health Program, positively impacting 300+ beneficiaries across three educational institutions. The initiative aimed to raise awareness and promote preventive health practices during the winter season, a time when health risks often increase among students.
The one-day interactive sessions covered critical topics including common winter infections, immunity boosting practices, mental health awareness, and healthy lifestyle habits. Through engaging discussions, practical demonstrations, and student-friendly learning approaches, participants gained essential knowledge and tools to better care for their physical and mental wellbeing during the colder months.
This program not only strengthened health awareness at the grassroots level but also empowered students to adopt healthier daily practices and share this knowledge within their families and communities.
A meaningful step toward healthier, more informed, and resilient communities.
