On July 30th, Volunteer for Bangladesh – Pabna District brought the vibrant village of Rajapur to life with an inspiring environmental campaign titled “The Call of Green.” This tree plantation program was designed not just to plant trees but to plant hope, raising awareness about environmental protection, fighting climate change, and reconnecting people with nature.
From fruit-bearing to medicinal plants, every sapling represented more than just greenery. It symbolized a cleaner environment, a healthier community, and a sustainable future. At Volunteer for Bangladesh, we believe one tree equals one life, one breath, and one promise and a promise to protect our planet for the generations yet to come.
The heartfelt participation of the Rajapur community proved that collective action can make a massive difference. “The Call of Green” is more than an event. It is a nationwide movement to stand beside nature, take responsibility, and create a climate-resilient Bangladesh.
Let us take action. Plant a tree, protect the environment, and be part of the solution to climate change. Together, we can transform The Call of Green into a future where Bangladesh thrives for lush, sustainable, and full of life.
