Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD), Moulvibazar Sadar Upazila, organized a meaningful “Be a Future Leader” session at White Pearl Nursing College, focusing on leadership, public speaking, confidence building, and a strong sense of responsibility.
The session brought together 28 nursing students as participants, supported by 10 dedicated VBD volunteers. Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, participants were encouraged to strengthen their leadership abilities, improve their communication and public speaking skills, and build the confidence needed to become responsible healthcare professionals and community leaders.
The session also highlighted the dedication, sacrifice, compassion, and passion of nurses in serving people and supporting communities. Participants were reminded that nursing is not only a profession but also a commitment to humanity, care, empathy, and responsibility.
The discussion encouraged the participants to understand their role beyond healthcare settings and recognize their potential to contribute positively to society. By developing leadership qualities and embracing their responsibilities, they can become skilled, compassionate, and inspiring leaders in the future.
VBD sincerely appreciates and thanks all the nurses and nursing students for their dedication, hard work, and passion for serving others. Their commitment and contribution make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and communities.
We believe that today’s responsible and compassionate youth will become tomorrow’s skilled, humane, and inspiring leaders.
Learn. Lead. Serve. Inspire.
