This year’s official slogan of Global Hand Washing Day is “Our Hands, Our Future!” which is being celebrated on 15th October globally. Having this on mind our volunteer action group of VBD Comilla District took an initiative to create awareness among the future generation regarding the hand wash issue. Keeping hands clean through improved hand hygiene is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Realizing the importance of hand washing VBD-Comilla district took an initiative to celebrate the global hand washing day 2017 at Shaktola Primary School Comilla by practicing the right process to wash the hands.
Their project “Be Aware, Wash With Care” was to teach the primary students that how to wash hands properly.
