- President, Dhaka DistrictVolunteer for Bangladesh
- Blood group : O+
My first participation in Volunteer for Bangladesh was through volunteering in “My road my responsibility” 6 years ago. And after that incredible experience of doing something for my country inspired me to go forth. Then one event took me to another, led me to meet many people who share the same thoughts of making our Bangladesh a better place.
Volunteering allows me to connect to my community and give me a opportunity to make it a better place. Even helping out with the smallest tasks can make a real difference to the lives of people and organizations in need. And volunteering is a two-way street: It can benefit me and other people as much as the cause we choose to help. Dedicating my time as a volunteer helps me to make new friends, expand my network, and boost my social skills.”The more we give, the happier we feel”, Volunteering increases self-confidence. You are doing good for others and the community, which provides a natural sense of accomplishment. My role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity
A normal youth who has passed most of his time hangout to his friend and do nothing to “President” of VBD Dhaka district VBD change my hole life. VBD has given me the opportunity to spend time with children and do something for them which I always wanted. And also it helped me to bring the better person out of myself. Lots of people have helped me here, to learn and encourage more to do for the society. And I realized that a little contribution is not little anymore and it is helping to shape the future of my country. The knowledge I received from the fellow members has made me say proudly that yes I serve my nation and I am a Volunteer for Bangladesh
Back in 2013 to till now VBD is one of the best things that has ever happened in my life.
